Please do not think I

Please do not think I'm crazy, sink mats but rather to experiment! sink mats :) A few weeks ago I had an apple onion chutney with chilli made. Here again the recipe * CLICK * Since it went down well with the total gift recipient, I really needed to try a different chutney. Kindly sink mats gave me glasses and bottles to a couple of glasses available. Thank you again! :) Well, I experimented diligently sink mats and there was THE combination for an explosive-in-mouth delicious chutney!
I have sterilized the jars, setting it cleaned and boiled the lids with vinegar water have with boiling water. My jam funnel Thomas has helped me the chutney neat and without slurp to fill in the glasses. Now I come finally to the freaky recipe. You need: 10 medium tomatoes 3 red fresh chili peppers 3 large apples 4 carrots 3 onions 5 cloves garlic 200ml apple juice 350g brown sugar 350ml vinegar (I used vinegar and dark balsamic) curry paste (this is also curry powder) thyme 2 tsp salt Other seasonings depending on Wash the tomatoes taste .. and provided with a cross-section. Boil water and blanch the tomatoes in order to peel off the skin can. The Dice the tomatoes sink mats and put in a vessel-by-side. Onions, garlic, chili peppers (please remove the seeds before), peeled apples, carrots, peeled, cut into small cubes and place in a large pot. Now you give everything but the tomatoes and the vinegar to the diced ingredients were added and agitated vigorously to everything. It is up to you whether you still want to give other spices. I found it good enough sink mats so, as the Curry has also tasted it. I did not want to play this taste. sink mats Now everything is simmered together until well reduced. Then you can add the tomatoes and the vinegar. Now you let everything sink mats again reduce until the consistency is not quite as smooth. For me it took about 1 hour. I have the whole then anpürriert because I find that there is a nicer consistency of a chutney. Then you fill the boiling chutney into the clean jars and it turns the lid. At first I was a little afraid that this combination does not fit together, but honestly, it tastes something of delicious!! Has something sweet treat like my favorite Chinese! :)
