Moin Moin! This should bake before Befllen go. I do it a little differently: I use my widest pot on the stove, beflle it so high with water so that the jars and lids are completely covered or perish without air bubbles. Then I heat and cook them for at least 5 minutes. Next door I'm cooking in another pot of jam. When that time comes, I'll get with the gripper so many jars from the pot as I need and put them into the drip tray to the sink. Using jam funnel I beflle them and then I fish with the gripper the lid from the water (drops abschtteln not forget!) And put them on it. Then, briefly, but krftig turn. Done. I put it another metal base 5 minutes on the lid but many others here say that is not ntig. LG utee
